Devonport

Devonport is in the north of Tasmania and the terminal between Victoria and Tasmania and New South Wales and Tasmania. There is an impressive lighthouse built in 1889, called the “Bluff Lighthouse”. You can visit the “Tasmanian Aboriginal Culture Centre”, the “Devonport Maritime Museum” and the “Devonport Regional Gallery”. The “Inner City Backpackers”, the “Tasman House Backpackers” and the “MacWright House” offer a night in a dorm for A$ 12-15.
