Qualifications / skills needed: All applicants are expected to have an appropriate academic background or skills related to the placement duties. The amount of required coursework will vary for each placement. Generally english speaking students who have completed at least two years of university and have grade point averages above 2.5 will be eligible for most internships. Other students are encouraged to apply as many other (non-academic) factors are taken into consideration.

AA currently offers several types of internship placements for students and individuals interested in gaining valuable work experience in Australia. The Australia Internship Program will give students and recent graduates entry into Australia's leading organizations and ensures that they receive training compatible with their employment and/or educational history. Academic credit options are available for all internships.
