If you are considering using a migration agent then check with MARA first what the agent track record is like. I have been duped by Parris & Shah in Australia Square, George Street, Sydney 2000. Also operating under the name australia migration specialist. He is a specialist in nothing except getting your money out of you!!!!
All immigrtation agents have to inform you of their MARA registered number. If your agent is unable to supply you with this then don't use them. Mine was registered and then suspended while I was using him, so I got unlucky.
I am now in a position where I may have to leave the country after migrating here due to his advice.
