Visa Criteria
With the addition of a registered Migration Agent to ISPC, we are now in a stronger position to ensure that all applications we accept are likely to receive a favourable outcome. Whilst we cannot guarantee this, we have introduced a number of steps to ensure that we do not accept any application if we are not confident of a successful outcome. Whilst these may not be new to some of you, we thought we would define them. Below, we have summarised to selection criteria each applicant must meet to ensure that they qualify for our program (under the OTV or 416 visa). This is obviously in addition to other visas that applicants may qualify under such visas as the Working Holiday visa and the Student visa:
Special Program Visa - Subclass 416 Eligibility Criteria - Must be aged between 18 to 30
- Must not have more than 2 years work experience in their related field
- Their qualifications and the industry selected for the internship must be the same
Occupational Trainee Visa - Subclass 442 Eligibility Criteria
- Must be aged between 18 to 35
- Have less than 4 years experience n their related field
- Their qualifications and the industry selected for the internship must be the same
As you can see, the visas do differ slightly. In assessing applications for the above programs, it would be helpful to have the applicant provide a detailed CV and Cover Letter. In terms of their CV, some of the information required is: - Detailed Breakdown of Work Experience including Duration, Hours Worked, Duties Performed
- Academic Transcripts to help match up Overseas Qualifications with Local Qualifications
- Personal Details, including Date of Birth
The above information will assist our Visa assessment Team to determine each applicant's eligibility for our programs without the need to request further information. |
